Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. Our newsletter is delivered using Mailchimp, and your email address is stored on Mailchimp’s servers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter, or by emailing us.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our website — for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This is used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Embedded content
Our website displays our Instagram and Facebook feeds and our Google reviews. When these load, the provider (Meta or Google) may set cookies and collect data about your visit in the same way as if you had visited their website directly. We do not control that collection.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work, and cookies set by the analytics and embedded content described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, but some embedded content may not display.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers that operate parts of this website on our behalf: Google (analytics and reviews), Mailchimp (newsletter) and Meta (social feeds). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. To do so, email info@baitshaker.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Where your information is sent
The providers listed above (Google, Mailchimp and Meta) operate servers outside Jordan. This means your information may be processed in other countries.
Children
Our website is intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
