We proudly use locally sourced ingredients from Jordan, including fresh vegetables, fruits, handmade preserves, and organic products from nearby farmers. Every dish reflects our commitment to sustainability, quality, and traditional Middle Eastern flavors, prepared in harmony with the seasons.

More than 60% of our staff are local to Al-Subaihi, and we actively support regional producers, artisans, and small businesses. At Bait Shaker, every visit contributes to the growth of the local community and the celebration of Jordan’s rich cultural and culinary heritage.
